Per Bedford County Regulations: Occupancy is limited to 6 persons.

King/King/ 2 sets of Bunks
     -Sanitized using CDC and VRMA guidelines

PLUS: Private dock, on site parking, Free Wi-Fi. Flexible stays. Contactless arrival & departure. All Linens & towels included. 
Professionally cleaned & sanitized. 

AMENITIES: Washer/Dryer. Hot tub. Linens provided. Fully stocked kitchen. Concierge style hospitality services.

LOCATION: Just a few short minutes from the State Park.

ENJOY: Beautiful condition. Nicely decorated. Thoughtfully designed for a couple and their family.
Includes 3 kayaks, 1 paddleboard, a foosball table, a dartboard, & 2 75" TV's!

HOUSE RULES & SECURITY:  No smoking, No Events.  Check in time is after 4:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM
Minimum 3 night stay. Exterior cameras, if present, monitor the driveway entrance and the waterfront for security purposes only. 

 

Pet/ESA Friendly:   Guest is responsible for damage caused by pets. 

- No more than two pets per unit
- 45lb limit per dog
- Clean up after your pet, inside as well as outside
- Do not leave your pet alone in the house unsupervised unless in a crate
- Guests are responsible for the pet and any damage caused by it
- Pets outside must be on a leash
- No pets allowed on beds or furniture
- No wet pets allowed in the house - rise & dry your pet outside with your own towels
- Pet hair or pet odor, especially on beds, furniture, or linens, will require additional cleaning fees
