Welcome to Lake Point Retreat, where breezy lake décor and panoramic water views set the tone for the perfect Smith Mountain Lake getaway. This pet-friendly home (2 dogs max, 50 lbs each) offers 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and endless spaces to relax, play, and soak in the lake life. 
Inside, enjoy a fun-filled game room complete with a pool table, air hockey, and a classic Centipede arcade game—great for rainy days or family tournaments. The comfortably furnished living spaces and fully stocked kitchen make gathering together easy and enjoyable. 

Step outside to take in your three-sided point-lot water views, a rare treat that delivers sunrise-to-sunset scenery. Relax in the hot tub overlooking the lake, unwind on the deck, or gather around the fire pit for s’mores under the stars. 
Follow the gentle path to your private dock, featuring an average water depth of 11 feet—perfect for swimming, kayaking, floating, or tying up your own boat or a rental. With wide-open views and plenty of outdoor seating, this spot is designed for making memories. 

Located just minutes from Smith Mountain Lake State Park, marinas, restaurants, and gas docks, you’ll be close to everything while still feeling tucked away in your own lakeside escape.
